Full Service Wash on Forest Lake in Alger, MI

This one is a special one to us here at Blue Diamond Softwash, a close personal friend of ours was listing his home for sale and enlisted us to put a like-new shine on all facets of the place. He got our Full-Service Package, which includes House Wash, Roof Wash, Concrete and Deck Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning/Brightening and Window Washing, and boy did it need a good cleaning. We used a few different mixtures we carry to eliminate the algae and oxidation that had built up on his siding over time. He had some heavy concrete rust/staining and an abundance of pine needles on the roof that we removed for him. Which a lot of people don't know how detrimental a build up of pine needles can be over time it collects moisture from the rain and when the sun hits it, makes a perfect breeding ground for algae and moss. All in all it looked like a new home when we got through with it the pictures do more justice than any words we could put. Check it out!
